The hardest part of writing an informational essay is finding the main topic/ idea. Finding a topic/ main idea is hard for me because it sets the foundation for the entire paper. One major challenge is choosing a topic that is both interesting and informative. If the topic is too broad, it can be overwhelming to cover all aspects in a single essay. On the other hand, if it is too narrow, there may not be enough information available to support a well-developed essay. I can overcome this by gathering all my evidence before I write my claim/topic. This will be easier to make a claim because I know all my evidence and I can write a claim that supports my evidence.
