 When I shop, I don't always check where products come from, but I try to be more mindful of it, especially if it's something important or high-quality. I'd be willing to pay a little more for something made in the U.S. if I knew it was supporting local businesses and workers, but the price still needs to be reasonable. It’s a balance between supporting the economy and staying within my budget.

 The word machination refers to a secret, often dishonest plan or scheme, usually with bad intentions. I first came across it while reading books or plays with characters who were plotting against each other, like in Shakespeare’s *Julius Caesar*. Understanding the word *machination* helps me explain situations where people are planning something tricky or unfair. It gives me a way to describe these kinds of plans in more detail, making my writing sound more interesting and clearer when I want to talk about complicated or sneaky actions.
