1. Today we got into groups and read an origin myth about a boy and his father. Our group took turns reading the passage and got assigned a project. Everyone had a different slide to do regarding the text. 2. Today I learned a story and I learned how to use the conflict of the story to answer questions. 3. I liked that we were in groups and we did work together. 4. I felt really comfortable in my group

1. Today Mr. Rease was absent from class. But today I read an Origin myth about a Great turtle and I answered questions regarding this story. 2. Today I learned the story of the Great Turtle, I also learned how to read and answer questions using the text. 3. I dislike that we didn't read as a class 4. I'm feeling good but tired
Origin Myth Jam Board 8/19/2024
Today, The class worked on our jam boards for our origin myth project. Today I learned how to edit and use jam board for the first time. I also learned how to use chat GPT to create images and how to copy and paste them into my jam board. This was my first time using Jam Board and I really liked the experience. It's a cool google website I never knew about and I hope we use it again in the future
3 Goals I Want To Achieve This Year
Goals 1. My first goal this year is to make straight A's in all my classes. My GPA isn't in the place I would want it, So I'm taking two APs this year to fix my GPA for when I graduate. I could meet this goal by studying daily, listening, and doing my work in class. 2. I want to make the Varsity Soccer team this year. I have been on JV for two years and it's time for me to play for varsity. I need to practice, train, and watch the game to reach this goal. 3. A personal goal I want to achieve this year is becoming a better me. I want to focus on myself and my relationship with god because I want to become a better person in general. I need to really take a look at myself and think about what I need to do, to be a better version of myself.
